At RIPIT Grips, we stand behind the durability and performance of our gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your return package.
Pack and Ship
Secure the unused grips in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 3-5 business days.
